Pasta:
- 12 oz penne pasta
Steak:
- 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or flank, thinly sliced)
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven and cook pasta: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta until al dente, then set aside.
- Sear steak: In a skillet, sear steak slices in olive oil until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from pan.
