Pasta:

  • 12 oz penne pasta

Steak:

  • 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or flank, thinly sliced)

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and cook pasta: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta until al dente, then set aside.
  2. Sear steak: In a skillet, sear steak slices in olive oil until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from pan.
