  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
