Lobster Tails:

  • 4 lobster tails (4–6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic Butter Cream Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the lobster tails and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté garlic. Add cream, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and remaining butter.
