Lobster Tails:
- 4 lobster tails (4–6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic Butter Cream Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the lobster tails and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté garlic. Add cream, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and remaining butter.
- Finish the dish: Spoon the sauce over the lobster tails and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.
