- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onion until soft, add garlic, then brown ground beef. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Cook Sausage: Add sliced sausage to the pot, cook for a few minutes.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in beans, corn, tomatoes, and broth. Season with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer: Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
