- ½ teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Prepare the Salsa: In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, bell pepper, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Combine: Pour the dressing over the salsa and toss until well mixed.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve: Serve chilled with tortilla chips, as a taco topping, or as a side dish.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, use grilled corn.
- If you prefer more heat, keep some jalapeño seeds or add a pinch of chili powder.
