Chicken & Broth:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (32-ounce) carton low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into chunks)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 12 ounces frozen egg noodles (such as Reames)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Place chicken in the crock pot.
- Cook: Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
