Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Prepare streusel: In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Bake: Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheets, top with streusel, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Make glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Glaze cookies: Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies before serving.
