Description

Indulge in these delightful Chocolate Covered Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites for a guilt-free treat that’s perfect for any time of day. Sweet, creamy yogurt studded with fresh strawberries, encased in a rich chocolate shell – a snack that’s as delicious as it is easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale

Frozen Yogurt Bites:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1 ½ cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • mini muffin liners or silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Frozen Yogurt Mixture: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well.
  2. Fill the Molds: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into each mini muffin liner or silicone mold.
  3. Freeze the Bites: Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
  4. Coat with Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, covering as desired.
  5. Set the Chocolate: Place the coated bites back on a tray and return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  6. Serve: Enjoy these frozen yogurt bites straight from the freezer.

Notes

  • For a more intense strawberry flavor, consider using freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Store the yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer; they will keep well for up to 2 weeks.
