Chocolate Coating:
- 1 ½ cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Instructions
- Prepare the Frozen Yogurt Mixture: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well.
- Fill the Molds: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into each mini muffin liner or silicone mold.
- Freeze the Bites: Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
- Coat with Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, covering as desired.
- Set the Chocolate: Place the coated bites back on a tray and return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
