Instructions

- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture to form a soft dough.
- Prepare rolling mixture: In a small bowl, mix the rolling sugar and cinnamon.
