Ingredients
Lasagna Noodles:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Shredded Chicken:
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
Alfredo Sauce:
3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Cheeses:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup ricotta cheese
Ricotta Mixture:
1 large egg, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Ricotta Mixture: Combine ricotta, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layering: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, then noodles. Add ricotta mixture, chicken, spinach, mozzarella, and more sauce. Repeat. Top with final noodles, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Rest and Serve: Let it rest for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and slice.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Enhance with sautéed mushrooms or steamed broccoli.
