  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni or small pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
