Description

Ingredients

Mozzarella Cubes:

  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into 1-inch cubes

Breading:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Other:

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Set up three bowls for flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Coat Mozzarella: Dredge mozzarella cubes in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Freeze: Freeze coated cubes for 20 minutes to set.
  4. Fry: Heat oil, fry cubes until golden brown, and drain.
