- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper to prepare for baking the chicken.
- Prepare Chicken: Carefully create a pocket in each chicken breast using a sharp knife, being cautious not to cut all the way through. Season both inside and outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.

- Stuff Chicken: Fill each chicken breast pocket with the sautéed mushroom and garlic mixture followed by the cheese mixture. Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed to hold the filling inside.
- Bake: Place the stuffed chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and the cheese inside is melted and bubbly.
