  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach or shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise or cream cheese, sautéed garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold. Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla and add spinach or lettuce if using. Fold the sides and roll up tightly into a wrap.
  3. Lightly toast each wrap in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
