Cheesecake Chocolate Chip Cookies:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugars and cream until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Gradually add dry mix to wet mix, fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake the cookies: Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool on sheet before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
