Brownie Cups:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For the caramel drizzle:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin. Make brownie batter and spoon into muffin cups. Bake until set.
- Make Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars. Add milk, vanilla, flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Place cookie dough in each brownie cup.
