Ingredients
Slider Buns:
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
Scrambled Eggs:
8 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon butter
Sausage Patties:
12 cooked breakfast sausage patties (or 1 pound sausage shaped into patties)
Cheese Layer:
6 slices cheddar or American cheese (halved)
Butter Topping:
2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Buns: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Make the Eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in butter until just set but still soft.
- Assemble Sliders: Layer sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and cheese on the buns. Top with the remaining halves.
- Add Topping: Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.
- Bake: Cover and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5–7 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
