- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

- 1 tablespoon water (if needed to blend)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey (if using).
- Pour the mixture into silicone paw- or bone-shaped molds.
- Place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully frozen.
- Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water to help it blend.
Tap the mold gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
