Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream Butter and Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Sugar and Eggs: Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in vanilla.
  5. Combine Dry Ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
  6. Add Blueberries: Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour to prevent sinking, then gently fold into the batter.
  7. Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan, smooth the top, and bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
