Ingredients
Pizza Dough:
1 ball of pizza dough (about 12 oz)
Toppings:
1 tablespoon olive oil, 3/4 cup ricotta cheese, 1 cup fresh blackberries, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (torn or chopped), optional: red pepper flakes for a hint of heat

Preheat the oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 10–12 inch circle. Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper. Brush the top with olive oil.
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Scatter blackberries over the ricotta, pressing slightly to secure. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
Carefully transfer the parchment with the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil. Slice and serve warm.
