4 large russet potatoes, baked, peeled, and diced

Bacon:

6 slices, chopped

Onion:

1 medium, diced

Garlic:

3 cloves, minced

Butter:

4 tablespoons unsalted

Flour:

1/4 cup all-purpose

Milk:

3 cups whole

Chicken Broth:

2 cups

Sour Cream:

1 cup

Cheddar Cheese:

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Garnish:

Chopped green onions, additional cheese, and bacon for topping (optional)


Instructions
