- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples (such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
- Bake: Scoop batter onto the baking sheet, flatten, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Make Glaze: While fritters bake, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze.
- Glaze and Serve: Drizzle glaze over warm fritters after cooling for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

- For extra apple flavor, toss the diced apples in brown sugar and cinnamon before adding to the batter.
