- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms: Use a damp paper towel to clean the mushrooms and trim the stems if needed. Cut large mushrooms into halves or quarters for even cooking.
- Season the mushrooms: In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until coated.

- Cook the mushrooms: Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and tender.
