Dough:

Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Optionally, mix honey or sugar with cinnamon and brush lightly onto each triangle before rolling.
- Shape Croissants: Roll each triangle tightly into a croissant shape, starting from the wide end and tucking the tip underneath. Lightly brush croissants with melted butter.
- Air Fry: Arrange croissants in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Finish: Remove croissants and brush with remaining butter if desired. Serve warm.
