- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Cut and Core: Cut a small circle around each apple stem and scoop out the core, being careful not to cut through the bottom.
- Prepare Filling: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff Apples: Stuff each apple cavity with the filling mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- Air Fry: Place stuffed apples upright in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
