Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, beat until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Roll and bake: Roll dough into balls, coat in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Flatten with glass. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
