- 4 cups all-purpose flour

For the filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup finely diced fresh strawberries
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam, slightly warmed
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Combine warm milk and yeast. Mix sugar, butter, and eggs. Add yeast mixture, then flour and salt. Knead, let rise.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough, spread cream cheese, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, add strawberries. Roll dough, slice, place in baking dish.
- Bake: Preheat oven. Bake rolls until golden brown.
- Make the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls and swirl warmed strawberry jam.
