  • 1 cup finely diced fresh strawberries

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam, slightly warmed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Combine warm milk and yeast. Mix sugar, butter, and eggs. Add yeast mixture, then flour and salt. Knead, let rise.
  2. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough, spread cream cheese, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, add strawberries. Roll dough, slice, place in baking dish.
  3. Bake: Preheat oven. Bake rolls until golden brown.
  4. Make the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls and swirl warmed strawberry jam.
